What is the most beneficial exercise for older adults?
Cycling— low-impact, balance.
Balance Exercise—— stand with feet shoulder width apart, eyes open, hold still 10-30:seconds, if that is easy shut eyes. Easy then lift one leg, hold 10-30 second. Easy close eyes, lift one leg.
Balance on 1 foot—40 seconds if u r 50-59. 35 seconds 60-69. 20 seconds 70-79. 5 seconds above 80
