Update

Update on myself. Headed back to gym on Monday. I don’t go to gym from April to Nov. I workout at home & run, run, paddle etc. For the last 12 days we have been away so my workout was squats, pushups & abs exercises. We hiked & walked.

So if u happen to heard moaning & groaning it will be me.
