Keeping In Touch

Update on myself. Headed back to gym on Monday. I don’t go to gym from April to Nov. I workout at home & run, run, paddle etc. For the last 12 days we have been away so my workout was squats, pushups & abs exercises. We hiked & walked.

So if u happen to heard moaning & groaning it will be me.

Our MPRS Committee had a great meeting Nov.5. We all left excited about what can happen during the rest of the year and are planning for 2025. Each member of our committee has volunteered for these responsibilities: Membership-Bev Lumax, Lists/Forms-Kathy Cameron, Marketing/Publicity-Elizabeth Glaseman, Public Relations-Barbara Harrison, Team Spirit-Faye Simpson, Alumni-Deborah Calvert, Tidy Ups-Lynda Giannotti. We used your feedback for swag items to purchase and your answers to the 4 questions asked at the retreat. Your input is appreciated and now we will be asking for more help. So….this is our first need…..could you check out your community for: ways we can advertise Waves of Hope “Free” and events that are planned for rest of 2024 and 2025 where we could participate (ie helping at bonspiels, golf tourneys, presentations to groups). Please send the information to Barbara Harrison.
