Simply put…..I am married to Dave and we have 2 sons, Tim,Cam and Olivia our daughter-in-law. Family is our greatest gift. Dave and I have lived in Erickson for 6 years after having numerous mailing addresses in Manitoba and Colorado. We love rural life and access to lovely prairie and park sites. Some winter months are spent in Victoria and Sointula BC. I dabble in various crafty projects and have many in the incomplete pile!!

Since joining the Waves of Hope in 2017, I have learnt the joy of being in Kindred Spirit and on land with team mates. There is nothing better than skimming the water on a lovely summer evening and enjoying a snack/chat after practise.

My cancer journey began in 2010. After surgery, I was accepted to a treatment study. My radiation was twice a day for a shorter period of time and I was followed for a 5 year period afterwards. Each day is precious and I continue to live with hope. I’m blessed to be a Wave of Hope as we are “Stronger Together”.
