NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP —- sleep is a critical factor in staying mentally sharp & physically robust. That’s when our bodies repairs itself & our mind consolidates memories. Lack of sleep can lead to weight gain, mood swings, mood swings & weakened immune system
