Annette Beatty was born March 4, 1955 in Orillia, Ont. I married Bob on July 28, 1973 and have 2 children Richard (Amy) and Rhonda(Sean) and grandchildren Ben, Lexi and Caylee.

I have a full time career running Beatty’s XTR in Erickson. I enjoy golfing, cross country skiing, and of course dragon boating since 2002.

I had a modified radical mastectomy on Feb 14, 1983 at age 27. No involvement in the lymph nodes so no further treatment was necessary. I had another preventative mastectomy on Aug 20,1984 due to family history. Reconstruction with silicone implants was done April 15,1985. These ruptured and implants done again in 2005.

Being on the team has brought much laughter and joy to my life, fitness, travel, sisterhood, learning computer skills and so much more!
