Hip Mobility

I posted exercise to boast hip mobility. If u have tried exercise & found it difficult try same movement on floor. No elevation. Also I found using a length of wood dowling resting on back of shoulders. Improves balance.

I have a piece of dowling I use for balance , twists exercise. Will post picture of how I use it.
