If that is the case I should not BLEED Since January 1st 14 days running & workouts. One rest day watching hockey I am almost back to where I was before my long rest☺️. Now up weights & time, speed running.

Pretty darn thankful I'd been back to the Y before our in person at Neepawa!! Id have died!!
Last night was a good workout too, but no really sore muscles today..Whew
