Where did the week go☺️. Between watching Olympics, gym, walking & watching kids hockey 🤔.
I am a slow learner, because of surgery & being away late last year I hadn’t run much. So January & first week of February had 2 days rest then my hip flexor decided Enough. So no running, biking or kicking until it is better
Stretch , stretch, weights. Life is a Learning Experience
