Most older people don’t eat enough protein, so important to consume protein to maintain health.
Family member when he turned 40 became a vegetarian for 5 years, then 5 years as vegan. At 50 he returned to his normal eating. Very interesting how he felt, works out daily, rides bike 12 months of year plus very active.
