I read this article & it reminded me of some of my habits. I have worked hard on these habits, slowly Achieving them. In this fast paced world it is easy to feel overwhelmed & out of sync. Step back, simplify & enjoy life’s moments

—Kick constant mental multitasking , be present in the moment, focus on task at hand. Enjoy taste of morning coffee, listen , appreciate the simple pleasures of life

—- Overcommitting,learn to say No, u don’t have to be busy every moment of the day. Remember to Do the things U Enjoy

—- Perfectionism, biggest road block to a calmer, less stressful life. It drains u, causes u to work to over think, over do tasks. Focus on Progress rather than Perfection

—- Always needing to be Productive , find a balance, embrace moments of Stillness

—- Constantly Seeking Validation. It’s human nature wanting to be liked,appreciated & recognized. But when we constantly look to others for approval we hand over control of our happiness & self worth


Slow down, take a breath, refect on what makes u happy

Strive to feel that your life is balanced & meaningful.
