Skipping regular check -ups, easy to ignore when u r feeling fit & healthy. Regular check ups can catch potential issues early. Be proactive not reactive about your health
Overloading on processed foods —-processed foods r often high in sugar, unhealthy fats & salt which can lead to weight gain, inflammation & other health issues
Whole foods— fruits, vegetables, lean protein, whole grains nourish your body, keep you feeling mentally sharp & physically young
Ignoring your mental health— suppressing emotions, holding onto grudges & bottling up stress can age us prematurely. Can weigh us down both mentally & physically. Talk about your feelings, practice mindfulness.
A youthful spirit stems from a heart at peace
Value your social connections— we r social creatures, thrive on connections & companionship. Spending quality time with family & friends , having meaningful friendships, heart to heart talks— fill our hearts with joy & loneliness isn’t part of our lives..
All of the above have an impart on aging. Final 2 habits/behaviors tomorrow.
