Challenges. Week 1
I have been giving this a lot of thought 🤔. I will be posting challenges & encouraging words Posting challenge arounf 10 pm my time which is midnight Waves time. Thoughtful words ( Joyce never doubt me) hopefully every day. My brain is going to be very tired
Waves, u started off on this journey Sat at gym. Watching videos , WOW. U impressed me. So proud of all of U. I agree with Elizabeth , paddling the length of lake in May will be AMAZING. Since January 1st I have been setting goals for myself, re exercising & changing lifestyle
One habit I am working on is to slow down & enjoy the moment. As simple as focus on finishing task , such as out hiking , enjoy Now, not be planning where, how far tomorrow. STAY in the PRESENT. Tomorrow will come , I don’t have to Rush towards it.
So think about habit u would like to change, take steps to change it.
Write it down. I am a visual person I find it reminds me
