Monday, Feb 2nd
Start of a new month. Set some new goals for Feb. Worked & focused on my goals for January. Accomplished them.
Ran 60 miles , biked 40 , walked 130. We try to walk 5-6 miles a day. Weights every other day.
New goals & change of workouts. Running 2 days, 3rd day bike. Routine of weights, lite weights, 8 exercises,1 min rest , repeat 3 times. STRETCHING, STRETCHING.
Continue with Thinking before buying grocery items.
A lot of Senior Snowbirds here, gives me added motivation to stay fit & healthy because I don’t want the issues they r experiencing
