Focuses on low impact , full body movements. Nordic walking with poles reduces joint stress while engaging arms, core, legs. Strength training like curtsy lunges for muscles & balance. Warm up exercises like arm & leg swings, torso twists, shoulder presses. Focus on strengthening muscles for balance & daily movement.

Holistic Approach: combine with a healthy diet for weight management & energy

All exercises should be done slowly, maximizing muscle activation & strength under tension
