UCT will host Wave Members for supper on July 16th after practice 7:00 at pavilion. Practice will be intense, lots of paddling so we can work up our Appetites.

I had the honor of attending the Invictus Games in Vancouver. The events I attended were seated volleyball and rowing, which was done on a machine. The athletes that rowed ranged from being able to use all 4 limbs to a quadriplegic with very little use of one arm. Everything tugged at my heart and the closing ceremonies were no different. Jelly Roll and Prince Harry did not disappoint. The whole event was very moving.

On our way home from a fantastic trip to Vietnam and Cambodia! I’ve attached a few photos. Many references to dragons.
