Stretches
First post for quite some time. As we age stretching is as important as working out. Balance is enough element that we need to keep practicing. Did some research , more falls or injuries r caused by losing balance, lack of stretching & being in a rush. If u want a program there r a number on YouTube from beginners to intermediate, 15 minutes to 45. Check it out , try one. If u find one u like post name.
