A Wine night is also great!!! You buy a 10.00 ticket and take a bottle of wine. Games, munchies are provided and then they have Chase the Queen, 50/50 and then wine draws with the wine brought. Last one is usually 10 bottles, others 6, 5, 4, etc depending on how many attend. You can buy extra tickets for the draws at 5.00 each! Great night! We have it in Gilbert at the Legion. Legion gets bar sales. Great day for both.

Hi Team, This is a preview of nutrition challenge. Its easy peasy to follow.. There are 25 pages of recipes and healthy snacks idea. Some of team is starting week 2 proteins. There is prize at end of you check off how many boxes?Tell me if you want me to resend that email, This past week focus was 1/2 plate veggies lunch and supper .
I stuck with healthy snacks. I did a weigh in this morning, down 4 lbs . This inspires me to keep going. I do have a slight headache last 3 days from sugar crashing I think. Annette
