Have been thinking about this the last couple of days. So here goes
Make a list of your favourite foods including “ treats” as long as they don’t out number healthy foods.
Be harsh only foods u really like.
Now check your fridge & cupboards How many aren’t on your list. Interesting
How many of us pick up items when we r grocery shopping that at the moment we think we like, only to find out 👎👎. Guilty, guilty. Especially when Wally is with me 😂😂
💖💖 for the next week try your best to make list, if u can remove items not on list, buy only items on your list. Just make sure they r healthy choices
It might be easier for me because we r away, fridge & cupboards aren’t nearly as full as they r at home.
Grocery shopped yesterday & tried to reach goal. Maybe I find it easier because all the “ stuff” I can’t eat
Another goal is this week going to try Tai Chi Walking. Google it, lots of info & videos.
