Amazing practice Waves. I am so impressed with Waves & how far they have come with improved Stroke. Obviously some of u have been practicing at home. Keeping inside arm high, not dropping below level of heart, big improvement Still have to work on Rotation, Leg Power, using thigh & leg power on pull of stroke
I hope everyone is Ok with Michelle & I correcting/making suggestions on Individual strokes.
Also 45 degree angle & keeping blade straight on entering water. Synchronize paddling.
Have 3 more practices before Wpg festival All day practice on Aug 26th.
